I can spearhead a natural energy company for you in Zim, based on solar, combined with lithium based batteries and in turn develop underdeveloped rural areas in need of modern infrastructure and ICT deficiency.
Why do so many Zimbabweans find it difficult to help a Zimbabwean family in distress by simply reposting an appeal that does not cost them a penny?
If I post some stupid stuff on this page, it can get 3000 reposts. People will eagerly share nonsense, circulate gossip and spend hours arguing. Yet when a family asks us to help find their missing loved one, suddenly pressing the same share button becomes difficult.
This post has received 14,000 views, but only 214 shares, according to the latest count. A desperate family is asking us to help their appeal reach someone who might recognise this young man or know where he is.
They are not asking us for money. They are asking us to care enough to share.
Please stop for a moment and imagine that this is your child, your brother or someone you love. Imagine going to bed without knowing whether he has eaten, whether he is safe, whether he is hurt or whether he has somewhere to sleep. Imagine your phone ringing and being frightened of what you might hear, while desperately hoping that somebody has finally found him.
Then imagine discovering that thousands of people have seen your appeal, but very few have passed it on.
How would that make you feel?
Does this indifference not tell us something painful about the mindset that has helped turn Zimbabwe into the shithole we complain about? Does it not bring us back, yet again, to Dr Solomon Guramatunhu’s assertion that ZANUPF is a reflection of the people it leads?
We rightly demand a government that values human life. But that demand must also be reflected in how we treat one another. We cannot complain about leaders ignoring our suffering while casually scrolling past a distressed family asking for a few seconds of our time.
Our country’s problems cannot all be explained by the number of people who share a Twitter post. But our willingness to respond to another person’s distress says something about the society we are building. A country struggles to change when too many people regard another family’s pain as somebody else’s business.
I honestly struggle to understand how entertainment can move us to act so quickly, while an appeal for a missing person barely moves us at all.
To those who have shared this appeal, thank you. You have helped it reach further. One of those shares could put his photograph in front of someone with information.
Please help this family find Micheal Tiwande Mushanduri, whose appeal says he was last seen on 4 September 2026. If you have information, contact 0772246558 or 0715771946.
Share the original appeal so that his photograph and the contact details travel together.
Somewhere, a family is waiting for news of someone they love. Please do not wait until it is your family to understand why this matters.
@DehinsiluBola @Prince_Fynnz @zizelle_@celebritypharm Lifestyle modifications start with fasting. One Meal a day, or 2, skipping breakfast forever. Eating sauerkraut daily, lots of protein in the form of eggs, red meat, fish, and milk direct feom the cow. No sugar completely. No bread and mealie meal. Fasting heals through ketosis.
265 days of working out every day and eating only one meal a day.
My initial hunch was clearly correct — the whole "You need rest days to recover and grow!" mindset is nonsense.
Our bodies don't wait for rest days to recover and grow — recovery and growth are continuous processes.
Imagine, for example, that you're doing 140 total sets a week. Do you really think cramming those sets into four workouts of 35 sets each will somehow lead to better recovery than simply doing 20 sets per day instead? That makes no sense to me, and I much prefer shorter daily workouts that are easy to fit into any busy day.
Honestly, I think rest days became the standard simply because gyms were closed on weekends. Also, for many lifters, working out implies commuting to and from the gym, so I can see the appeal of cramming your whole weekly training into, say, four sessions, thus saving yourself three round trips to the gym a week. But, for folks working out at home, or close to it, this makes little sense, and we're better off just making lifting our daily habit.
Rest days mess with consistency. When rest days are an integral part of the program, the lifter is often put in the position of having to bargain with himself ("Do I work out today, or take a rest day?"), which results in a big willpower drain. On the other hand, lifting every day will simply result in the formation of a habit that you just do on autopilot — no willpower or bargaining necessary.
Bottom line, don't listen to the "science-based experts" who tell you you'll overtrain if you lift every day. Everyday training has many advantages — stronger habit formation, improved focus, better time management, etc. — and if you can make it fit your lifestyle, I wholeheartedly recommend it.
WOW, just wow. If we had men like her who can stand up and not be scared, Zimbabwean politicians would finally listen to the citizenry.
Why are Zimbabwean men scared to stand up and be heard like this? She spoke for me and millions of other Zimbabweans. Why is the constitution being torn apart, and why are men silent while the country bleeds?
Al Jazeera reports that NAN and Artificial foods given to babies in Afrika have 50% more added sugar than in other areas.
They add that the WHO has warned that sugar fed to babies predisposes them to developmental failures and chronic metabolic diseases.
But the educated illiterates don't listen.
They have refused to breastfeed and instead feed their children all these useless products.
Babies need food, not products.
If you're drinking those toxic toilet cleaning liquids like Coke or Pepsi, you probably won't drink them after watching this video 🤮🥤

The government has finally admitted that chemtrails are real. It’s called geoengineering and it’s far worse than anything you imagined. Dane Wigington explains.

A man diagnosed with stage 4 cancer—over 20 liver metastases—was given little hope. His tumor markers skyrocketed to nearly 1,500.
Then, on February 2nd, he began taking Ivermectin—not for cancer, but for COVID. Within two weeks, his CEA levels crashed to 184. Within months, they normalized at 4.7. Over 20 tumors… gone.
He believes it wasn’t coincidence, but connection. Chemotherapy destroys both cells and parasites, but what if Ivermectin quietly targets the root cause without annihilating the body?
His story forces a question the system refuses to ask:
Is modern medicine built to cure—or to keep treating?
DON'T BREAK YOUR FAST EATING LIKE A PIG.
After fasting, your body is sensitive.
This is not the time for:
— Garri and efo overload
— Puff puff and zobo
— Bread and sugary cereal
You’ll spike your insulin sky-high and undo the magic.
Here’s what to eat instead:
Meal 1 (Break fast):
— Eggs + avocado
— Grilled chicken + veggies
— Cabbage stir-fry + turkey
Meal 2 (Dinner):
— liver + mix veggies.
— Stir-fried ugu with beef
— Egusi (low oil) with okra and a few spoons of swallow
Rule: Break your fast like you love your body. Not like you’re punishing it. Small meal at a time.
Don’t forget to reach out for a diet plan.
Visceral fat literally wraps around your organs and poisons them...
Yet doctors don't talk even about it or scan you for it.
I did a 70-minute interview with the world's leading expert on visceral fat, Dr. Sean O'Mara.
Here are his shocking discoveries (and how to fix it):👇
First, what is visceral fat?
It's hidden fat that sits around organs like the liver, heart and colon.
Dr. O’Mara calls it “the most deadly fat in the human body.”
Even worse?
Every adult Dr. O’Mara has scanned has some visceral fat yet the medical establishment completely overlooks it.
It's linked with:
- Cancer
- Diabetes
- Alzheimer's
- Inflammation
- Heart attacks
When visceral fat is high, fat also surrounds the heart (“epicardial fat”).
This inflammatory fat lies directly against coronary arteries, promoting plaque and heart attacks.
Dr. O'Mara teaches 50 strategies to reduce it but here are the 7 most important ones:
1. Meat-centric diet.
Dr. O'Mara's message:
"Hunt the best in the herd."
Focusing on quality red meat:
- Stabilizes blood sugar
- Reduces inflammation
- Helps maintain and build muscle mass.
Red meat is the most nutrient-dense food on the planet when sourced from healthy animals.
2. Fermented foods.
An unhealthy gut fuels inflammation, insulin resistance and visceral fat.
But fermented foods rebuild your gut lining and give you healthy gut bacteria.
Add these 3 fermented foods to your grocery list:
- Kefir
- Kimchi
- Sauerkraut.
3. Sun exposure.
Daily sun exposure:
- Builds nitric oxide
- Boosts circulation
- Helps burn visceral fat through improved blood flow.
Pro tip:
Slowly build up your skin's tolerance to sunlight and minimize using sunscreen.
4. Heat therapy (Sauna).
Dr. O'Mara explains that heat stress triggers heat-shock proteins.
These microscopic "repair crews" fix damaged cells.
Regular sauna sessions:
- Mimic exercise
- Activate longevity genes
- Help dissolve visceral fat from the inside out.
5. Cold exposure.
Cold plunges force your body to adapt, repair, get stronger and even burn visceral fat.
How? By activating protective proteins as well as catecholamines that boost fat oxidation.
6. Sprint training (not jogging).
Too much steady state cardio can increase oxidative stress and muscle loss.
But sprints?
They mimic our ancestral "fight or flight", boost nitric oxide and build lean muscle.
7. Fasting / eating low-carb.
They reduce insulin and starve visceral fat directly, forcing the body to burn that fat for energy instead of storing it.
Thank you to @DrSeanOMara for the interview.

Your Organs when you Fast for 36 Hours
This video is an absolute gem! The way it turns a 36-hour fast into a hilarious organ soap opera is next-level. Brain's out here playing fearless leader, Stomach's having a full-on meltdown, and Pancreas just casually saves the day with ketones. It’s such a fun way to learn about fasting and cell repair!
We engineered corn to make bug stomachs explode. And then… we fed it to people.
BT corn is genetically modified to produce a built-in pesticide. When insects eat it, it punches holes in their gut lining.
Now take a wild guess what’s exploding in humans?
Leaky. Gut. Syndrome.
Your bloat, brain fog, food sensitivities? Yeah, start there.
