I appreciate @OmodaUK are new to the UK and setting up the network takes time but once a vehicle is here it doesn't take 3 months to prep and deliver, how can anyone recommend ordering your vehicles if this is the service they get!!? @OmodaUK how do I get an honest ETA please!!?

@OmodaUK I ordered an Omoda7 SHS in March via @Lease4Less based on available stock, told for the last two months that it is in UK port ready to be sent out but with no ETA, I really want to be talking positively about experiencing the car but this service is appalling!

@SCTMeadSundays @RichCawleySLP @Danbro_01 They just draw up a loan contract that says the loan is either payable once it has completed or if they don't pass the OADT then Methvens gang are liable on the original deal and will lose money they have set aside for the deal.

@RichCawleySLP @Danbro_01 Surely when the deal and budget was agreed they would either have included a value of that wage budget and transfer spend as part of the deal or a loan between the parties covering it, and dependent on passing the OADT, there are many ways around that ruling?

@KevinCrout A new company has been set up in the caymen islands and taken both shares from SE7 Partners Limited or simply a name change and reregistration in the caymen, not sure @KieranMaguire any ideas on this, not sure if you are following the company Methven has set up yet?

@RichCawleySLP @phil_cullum So signing the SPA protects SE7 Partners from TS changing his mind again, however they need to complete the OADT and sort a deal with RD, (you'd hope those discussions have also been taking place in the background!? ), Do SE7 loan the money to TS for transfers till its done?

@RichCawleySLP @EllCrabb What is your opinion @RichCawleySLP on why we are where we are, TS agreed terms on a deal hoping others would get a move on and match it so he could reject Methevens group (as he doesn't really want to sell to them) but now running out of options, or no idea with no steer??
