The @OHBM virtual poster sessions are around the corner and we’re ready to rock your #OHBM2022 experience with not one, not two, but five #cneuromod posters! 🧵 [1/7]
The right science is a fun science! Excited to present at @escan2022's beautiful venue! Hoping my work with the @CNeuromod team supervised by @pierre_bellec and Pierre Rainville will get your attention eventhough we're outsiders from Canada! QR code to my slides!
How do we build on recent progress in deep learning for text, audio & vision to learn more about the brain?
Join for our tutorial on Deep Learning for Brain Encoding and Decoding at #CogSci2022
Featuring hands-on sessions with multimodal naturalistic fMRI data from @CNeuromod!!
#OHBM2022 6 subjects scanned for more than 100+h!!! Thanks to Julie Boyle, @pierre_bellec and the team for this extraordinary effort and for sharing data with the community 😍🧠
Great talk from @juliebo80922597 about the amazing NeuroMod project. The field really needs more big longitudinal datasets like this!

This work wouldn’t have been possible if not for our amazing subjects, terrific scanning team & generous funding from many institutions, chiefly the Foundation Courtois:🙏🏽thank you for believing in #cneuromod and enabling its science! [7/7]

And now, the thing you have been wondering and only #cneuromod can reveal: how does your brain on Shinobi look like? 🥷🏽 Go meet @yharel109 and @karimjerbineuro at poster #1253 #OHBM2022 [6/7]
With the upcoming requirement of funding agencies for FAIR data management in Canada, we’ve started helping other neuroimaging centres in Montreal to transition to @datalad. Thank you, Datalad 🙏🏽 [3/3]
For @cneuromod project, we went all in with @datalad, managing dozens of datasets (raw/derivatives BIDS, stimuli, analysis projects… ) and ~500k files and growing. 🚀 We believe Datalad and YODA principles are the most advanced FAIR data management options to date. 👏🏽 [1/3]
As with all publicly funded projects it is necessary+useful to assess their relevance for continued funding. We at @datalad would be grateful to learn how you rely on the software. Anything is interesting+helpful, maybe as simple as the total size or number of files tracked. Thx!
@datalad ria-store will help us to organize data and deploy it to HPC while limiting the inode usage and smartly managing archival of dormant dataset or projects.💫 Overall, we plan to adopt @datalad to manage all @unf-montreal data, fostering open science @criugm. [2/3]
📢 Twitterverse, did you know that our database won't be limited to brain scans? 🧠Check out our latest blogpost to know more about our stimuli curation: https://t.co/92qNVMW9aa And yes: you can play a crucial role joining us on @the_zooniverse 👉🏽 https://t.co/jRXB3jIzSG 🙌🏽
