Does a Camera mounted on a Tripod placed inside a car parked on a yellow line Count as a Camera Car ?? So if you have a Dash Cam fitted can you do the same ?? Park on a yellow line for hours on end as long as your filming ?? Or are @Squarehighways @cityoflondon bending rules ?

@COLRipoff2017 @deanyb71 @cityoflondon @Squarehighways What I don’t understand they’ve got a very nice actual purpose built pedestrianised area right by St Botolph Church where everyone sits outside having their lunch which is a stones throw away so why not just do it all there which is what CoL made that for in the first place🙄
