This looks like a great guide for audiologists, patients and researchers who are interested in counseling for tinnitus. It's just a shame it's rather pricey.
Researchers are proposing a distinction between tinnitus that is really bothersome and the sort of tinnitus that you can just ignore. Hopefully, this will direct research efforts to the former.
