In 1918, Azerbaijan was created, and in 1920–1921, through the actions of the Soviet-Judean empire and the butcher Stalin Dzhugashvili, our lands were handed over to that artificial and criminal state.

Thirty years later, in 1948, that same genocidal tyrant became the first to grant de jure recognition to the State of Israel, which was founded at the expense of Palestinian lands and is Azerbaijan's twin in the Middle East. The two maintain close and brotherly relations and are able to preserve them because, in practice, they have the same "papa." It is no coincidence that Azerbaijan is widely regarded as the most pro-Jewish and pro-Israel Muslim country in the world.

Therefore, those who claim that we can have the same kind of friendly relations with Israel as Azerbaijan does are either ignorant or are deliberately deceiving and misleading the Armenian people. The friend of our enemy cannot simultaneously be our friend.

More than five years after his capture, newly released medical records reveal that illegally held Armenian hostage Lyudvig Mkrtchyan is suffering from multiple serious health conditions while imprisoned in Baku.

Mkrtchyan has been held in Azerbaijani captivity since October 20, 2020. The records, released by international attorney Luciana Minassian, show several serious medical findings, including:

• An elevated white blood cell count (WBC) of 14.27. A normal count ranges from 4.0 to 11.0. Elevated levels may indicate a significant infection or inflammatory condition requiring urgent medical attention.

• Serious cardiovascular abnormalities, including left ventricular hypertrophy, diastolic dysfunction, and aortic regurgitation.

• Recurrent headaches, dizziness, chest pain, and persistent high blood pressure.

The findings have intensified calls for Azerbaijani authorities to grant Mkrtchyan immediate access to independent medical care and any treatment his condition requires, while renewing calls for the immediate release of Mkrtchyan and all Armenian hostages who continue to be illegally held in Baku.

🚨 52 YEARS OF BETRAYAL: THE CYPRUS TRAGEDY OF 1974 🚨

On this day in 1974, the Greek junta’s coup against President Makarios triggered the Turkish invasion that has occupied 37% of Cyprus ever since.
This obviously wasn’t just a “reaction”, It was the culmination of long planned partition, ideas dating back to 1958, enabled by multiple powers:

▪️The Greek Junta:
Overthrew the legitimate government in a reckless power grab, handing Turkey the perfect pretext

▪️Turkey:
Executed its invasion and ethnic cleansing, turning a constitutional crisis into permanent occupation and division

▪️Britain:
As a Guarantor Power with bases on the island, failed to intervene effectively despite treaty obligations, effectively greenlighting the chaos

▪️Henry Kissinger & US Policy:
While publicly mediating, Kissinger privately assured Turkey and told President Ford there was “NO AMERICAN REASON WHY THE TURKS SHOULD NOT HAVE ONE THIRD OF CYPRUS”
He viewed the invasion through cold realpolitik, prioritizing NATO balance over Cypriot lives and sovereignty, noting that “Turkish tactics, grab what they want and then negotiate on the basis of possession, were right”

The small island of Cyprus was sacrificed on the altar of great power games with hundreds of thousands displaced, thousands tortured & massacred, families torn apart and a wound that still bleeds today.

What are the lessons of 1974? Small nations must never trust their fate to the “guarantors” who betray them.

Two young Greek Cypriots were recently detained after crossing. They were accused of “military zone violations” and so called procedural issues.

This can happen to you regardless of nationality, gender or age. Exactly a year ago, five pensioners were arrested for visiting their property stolen by Turkey in 1974. They were arrested for “spying” and held hostage in dungeons for over three months.
The Turkish occupying regime can arrest you for practically anything and get you thrown in dungeons with zero real protections.

Remember:
▪️No international recognition
▪️No embassies to help you effectively
▪️No reliable rule of law, just arbitrary “justice” under Turkish occupation

Stay safe in the Republic of Cyprus, enjoy the free, legitimate part of the island.
