Congratulations to Amy Dutton who has been promoted to associate solicitor in our Court of Protection team.
Amy joined Stephensons as a paralegal in 2014, she then completed her training contract and qualified as a solicitor in our discrimination team, moving to Court of Protection in 2020. She has become an expert in health and welfare proceedings in the Court of Protection and is regularly instructed by Independent Advocates and the Official Solicitor.
