If you’re wondering why teens and kids are suffering from depression, mental health issues, and suicidal ideation, THIS greatly contributes to it. This is my TikTok account. My last video jumped from roughly 400 views to 25,000 views overnight. Why? Not because of the content I shared. Because a completely FALSE and disgusting story about my past was narrated in an effort to retaliate against me for criticizing Ms. Rachel - a children’s entertainer who has inserted herself into political and controversial issues, including the Nolan Wells and Karmelo Anthony cases. Because I expressed my opinion, someone created a TikTok pushing a false narrative about my past. It went viral, and the mob came flooding onto my page to harass me, bully me, and mass-report my account. I’ve been called every name in the book. I’ve been told I should die. I’ve been told to jump into the ocean and “breathe deep.” I’ve been told I shouldn’t exist. All because of my political and personal beliefs. And they say they’re acting “on behalf of Miss Rachel”, a woman who SUPPOSEDLY condemns this very behavior. Do I care? No. I was forged in fire, baby. Nothing is going to shut me up or pull me down. But I’m also a grown woman who has been through many different kinds of war and trauma. I’ve reached a point where my skin is thick. I cannot and WILL NOT be broken by an internet mob. Your children may not be there yet. Your kids are on this app. Teenagers. Innocent children who may not have developed the emotional strength to withstand thousands of strangers attacking them simply because they expressed an opinion. That kind of mob behavior can cause fear, depression, anxiety, and serious mental anguish. It can make a child feel like they don’t want to exist. The need to be accepted at that age is enormous. So they may silence themselves. They may change what they believe. They may pretend to agree with the crowd just so they can be accepted into a mindless hive that punishes anyone who thinks differently. They’re not ready for that. Get your kids off TikTok. Raise your children to be strong and steadfast. Teach them discernment. Teach them how to research. Teach them to question what they’re told and develop a mind of their own. Because TikTok can teach them the exact opposite. That’s a promise.
