Exclusive: Chief heart surgeon at Jewish General Hospital quits province amid rising antisemitism in Montreal - Montreal Gazette https://t.co/aQJyzN7q6l
We are getting ready to head to the hospital for my husband’s surgery and just wanted to say thank you so much to all of who have shared messages, prayers and well wishes for Abraham. We are humbled and so grateful to be surrounded by aloha during this really tough time. 🙏🏽
What makes Schisandra so interesting biologically: these metabolites protect hepatocytes, regulate hepatic lipid metabolism, improve insulin sensitivity, and resist oxidative stress, all from one traditional botanical source.

Update on the tragic bus crash in Virginia:
Five people are dead, including a 13-year-old girl and a 7-year-old boy, after the driver of a motorcoach slammed into stopped traffic on I-95.
@FMCSA Administrator Derek Barrs and our investigators are on the ground at the crash site working with the @NTSB.
Local police confirm the driver of this motorcoach — a man from China who became a U.S. citizen — doesn’t speak English. He received his commercial drivers license from New York State in 2024.
Unacceptable. This is exactly why we are holding states’ accountable, enforcing the rules of the road, and cracking down on drivers who can’t speak English.
If you can’t be properly trained, read our road signs, or communicate with law enforcement, you have no business driving a bus.
Our investigators are reviewing New York licensing records, training documentation, and the driver's history. Any company, trainer, or school that contributed to putting an unqualified driver on the road will face intense scrutiny.
We’ll share more updates soon.
My prayers are with the loved ones of the innocent lives lost and those who were hurt in this horrific crime.
96% of patients declared COMPLETE REMISSION of alpha-gal syndrome after ear acupuncture — lasting months to years.
Basically EVERYONE in the study could eat meat again within weeks of undergoing Soliman Auricular Allergy Treatment (SAAT).
There were ZERO adverse reactions.
Forget the “magical sunrise” hype.
The real science is much better.
You don’t need perfect timing to win with morning light, but getting it early is one of the highest-leverage habits you can build.
Here’s what actually happens:
Circadian Reset
Morning light hits your melanopsin receptors, sets your internal clock, and improves deep sleep + daytime energy.
Nitric Oxide Boost
UVA + near-infrared light trigger nitric oxide release. The result - better blood flow, lower blood pressure, stronger cardiovascular health.
Mood & Brain
It’s one of the most proven ways to regulate mood and crush seasonal depression.
The Reality:
Morning gives you the best combo of strong circadian signaling + optimal light wavelengths. Near-infrared is available all day, but early exposure is most effective.
Not because of some mythical “UV window.”
But because it literally programs your body to perform better all day.
Get outside early. Benefits are dose-dependent (10–30+ minutes) and work best consistently. It’s not a miracle, but it’s one of the highest-ROI daily habits.
Your biology runs on light.
Stop fighting it.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has cleared a major new noninvasive cancer therapy that uses focused ultrasound waves to destroy tumors without surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation.
Known as the Edison System by HistoSonics, the technology, called histotripsy, delivers precise, high-intensity sound pulses that mechanically break down and liquefy cancerous tissue while leaving surrounding healthy structures intact.
Because the procedure requires no incisions, it significantly reduces bleeding risks. Many patients, including those on blood thinners, can go home the same day.
Early clinical results have been highly promising. A pivotal study showed a 95% technical success rate with very low rates of major complications. The treatment is currently approved for primary liver tumors and tumors that have spread to the liver from other organs.
Researchers are now investigating whether histotripsy can be adapted for other tumor sites, potentially offering a safer, less invasive alternative to traditional cancer treatments in the future.
This approval marks an important step forward in the development of non-invasive oncology therapies.

Squats = brainpower! 🏋️♂️🧠
Sitting for 20 minutes straight is a silent drain on your executive function. But here's the good news:
A 2023 study in the Journal of Applied Physiology found that one minute of half-squats every 20 minutes rescues cerebral blood flow from the "sedentary slump." It re-oxygenates the prefrontal cortex, the seat of your focus and decision-making.
The Result of a 60-second "Interrupt":
🧠 Preserved blood flow to the brain.
⚡️ Sharpened executive function.
📈 Spiked concentration levels.
📉 Reduced mid-day mental fatigue.
Action plan:
The 20/1 Protocol: Set a timer for 20 minutes of focused work. When it pings, drop into 10-12 controlled half-squats. It’s the cheapest 'nootropic you'll find.

BREAKING: Largest Human Cancer Study of Ivermectin + Mebendazole Is Now PEER-REVIEWED and PUBLISHED in a MAJOR Cancer Journal
84.4% of cancer patients taking ivermectin + mebendazole for 6 months declared either CANCER DISAPPEARANCE, TUMOR REGRESSION, or CANCER STABILIZATION.
Our study, “Real-world Clinical Outcomes of Ivermectin and Mebendazole in Cancer Patients: Results from a Prospective Observational Cohort,” is now peer-reviewed and published in Anticancer Research—a major international oncology journal of the International Institute of Anticancer Research (IIAR), established in 1995.
The results represent one of the most compelling clinical signals ever documented for repurposed anti-parasitic therapies in oncology.
A diverse population of cancer patients (n=197) was prescribed compounded ivermectin–mebendazole through a U.S. telemedicine platform, with each capsule containing 25 mg ivermectin and 250 mg mebendazole.
Participants were followed for approximately six months using standardized digital surveys assessing cancer outcomes, medication adherence, and tolerability.
At approximately six months post-treatment initiation, we observed an 84.4% Clinical Benefit Ratio (CBR)—meaning more than four out of five patients reported either:
No evidence of disease (32.8%)
Tumor regression (15.6%)
or Cancer stabilization (36.1%)
Importantly, adherence was remarkably high, with 86.9% completing the initial prescription and 66.4% remaining on therapy at six months.
Side effects were predominantly mild and manageable, reported in 25.4% of patients (primarily gastrointestinal), with 93.6% of those experiencing side effects continuing treatment after minor dosing adjustments.
This groundbreaking peer-reviewed publication was made possible through a unique collaboration between The Wellness Company, the McCullough Foundation, and the Chairman of the President’s Cancer Panel—uniting real-world clinical data, frontline medical experience, and epidemiologic expertise to evaluate inexpensive, repurposed therapies with major translational potential.
With these extraordinarily promising results, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trials are now required.
In the meantime, many cancer patients are exercising their right to try.
