@virginmedia After 6 hours, yes 6 hours on the text service they have finally agreed the disconnection. Asked the same questions multiple times, transferred 3x, beyond ridiculous. Your support is a joke and borderline offensive to users.
@virginmedia Been trying to cancel my service with you for weeks now. Each time greeted with impossible wait times. Currently half an hour into hold on phone and by live chat. Why can't I cancel via the app? Terrible customer service
@virginmedia I got through, transferred twice and then got cut off. Almost an hour into it. Not the first time this has happened and I'm bored of having to go through the scripted responses and multiple transfer. Is there anyway I can do this online because calling is beyond a joke.
