Colorado beans are famous for their bright vibrant color, delicious flavor, and large bean size. We grow pinto, yellow/Mayocoba, light red kidney, and more.
It was a successful 2022 Colorado Bean Summit!! Local chefs in the Hispanic Restaurant Assoc. competed for the best bean dish, students Bélen García and Haley Roy were awarded for the best student bean recipes, and 4 MSU Denver student groups were awarded for the poster contest!
