Trainees out there. Experiential rotations teach you how to think like a clinician. The "stuff" that you learn may change/not be useful to you. The way you learn to find/understand/apply and convey it makes all the difference to your future patients.

CEs alone, while required for licensure, have yet to be proven meaningful for impacting care. This is because of the lack of application and reflection when we focus on just meeting requirements. Make your #CPD plan, incorporate CEs w/other activities, apply knowledge & #reflect!
