Neil Warnock had an unusual reason for naming right-back Danny Butterfield as a striker; his wife Sharon had dreamt the night before that Butterfield would score the winner. Warnock went with his gut and picked him anyway.

What Butterfield did next was extraordinary. He scored a perfect hat-trick in 6 minutes and 48 seconds, and Palace won 3-1.
