Imagine winning only one race in an entire season and that race being the World Indoor Championships Final!! That's @CPriceRun7 's true gold medal story. She shares about how it unfolded, the changes she and her coach made to her race plan, and how one specific habit in practice contributed to the win. Both coaches and athletes will enjoy Chanelle's talk and will gain by hearing today's episode of the Gill1918 Project Youth Series Powered by Coach O!

Sometimes the weight you carry is proof of the calling you bear.
God doesn’t give great battles to people without purpose. What you’re facing isn’t punishment. It’s preparation.
There’s more to your story. Greater is to come.
Grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the @IWU_TF program. Excited for what’s ahead and looking forward to the start of the season!
Go wildcats! @IWUWildcats
Being a positive person doesn’t mean you don’t feel negative emotions. It means you have faith in your ability to get through tough situations, hope for better days and the willingness to see beyond your current circumstances.
The only way you can find out how good you are is by giving yourself a chance.
Most of us excuse, rationalize, or give up before we've even given ourselves a shot.
Put yourself in position to do something. Don't obsess over whether it'll work out or not. Be there first.
Separate your identity from what you do
When you tie your identity too closely to what you do, anytime you fail at that thing, you will take it as a failure of your true self. It won't be that I failed at running. It will I am a failure
Small steps towards your goals & dreams are better than taking no steps at all. Remember to give yourself grace along the journey.
You might not have everything figured out, but sometimes you have to take a step forward even if you can’t see the stairs.
Keep the faith.
Sometimes things will take longer to unfold. And sometimes it’s easy to lose hope and become tired of waiting. But do your best to focus on today and control what’s in front of you. You might be delayed, but your time will come.
One day at a time, we keep the faith.
