Another day of despair.
This is Ismat Ullah.
He is from Pakistan and arrived in the UK on a student visa and never went home. At the age of 28 he came across a homeless woman in a London park.
He befriended her and pretended he would help her. Then he punched her so she fell to the ground and then throttled and raped her multiple times. It was a savage attack.
He has shown no remorse for the crime and was given a 15 year sentence.
