Today’s decision regarding birthright citizenship is a travesty.

The Fourteenth Amendment was written to overturn Dred Scott and guarantee citizenship to freed slaves—not to create automatic citizenship for the children of those who violate our immigration laws or are only temporarily in the United States. This decision will only invite further exploitation of our immigration system.

The Court adopted an interpretation that departs from the original meaning of the Constitution and incentivizes illegal immigration.

🚨 Today the California Senate Committee held a hearing on the “Stop Nick Shirley Act,” known as AB 2624. This bill will criminalize and punish anyone from looking into fraud inside immigrant communities in California.

This bill was created only after I exposed billions of dollars in fraud throughout immigrant communities in the US. “Immigration support services” have become a billion dollar industry in California, and now that the fraud has been exposed, they are trying to criminalize those who look into the fraud.

The bill has passed through the California Assembly and is set to pass through the Senate and then to Governor Newsom’s desk. This bill was created by the Attorney Generals WIFE and will allow him to go after citizens if they film nonprofits and “immigration support services providers”.

This may be one of the darkest things to come out of the California State Capitol.

A bill would ban convicted felony sex offenders from running for state or local office.

Common sense… until amendments were added.

According to information shared with us by an ally, those amendments were made by Senate Elections Committee Chair Scott Wiener.

They would create exemptions so certain offenses—including sodomy, oral copulation, and sexual penetration involving a minor as defined in the bill’s language—would not automatically disqualify someone from running for office.

Why should anyone convicted of those crimes be eligible to hold public office?
