@blueprintsmb22 We have a customer who, like clockwork, complains about every shipment about 2 months out from their annual pricing. The problem is that it’s not a wink/wink situation, they actually work themselves into a lather thinking our quality has slipped, any mistake is on purpose, etc.

@blueprintsmb22 It was a huge pain. If you have a good accountant it’s a huge help. I was able to avoid some of the more onerous requests (copies of every single deposited check over the last 2 years) by having my accountant send a letter supporting our financials
