@NYCTSubway what’s going on with the North-bound Q train? We’ve been waiting on the Ave J platform for a long time, and we just saw a Q go by on the express track.
@FreshDirect I have to ask.... what's going on? Only half the time slots available as before? Non-responsive to emails/messages? Seems like service is spiraling downward. If I can't trust it, I will have to switch to a different service.
