@RotoRooter when I asked why the job was incomplete, I was told, “my ceiling were high and they didn’t have the tools.” What? Then, you shouldn’t have taken the job. Don’t be greedy for money and take advantage of people in their time of loss.

@RotoRooter did not complete mitigation work on my home properly. I requested communication about why the work is unfinished. I finally hear from the general manager with threats against my credit and home regarding payment on an incomplete job.
