Instead of putting time and effort into securing low wage, untrained replacement workers, you should be negotiating a fair deal with @CUPE5047.

Our kids and schools deserve to have their education support workers BACK!

The teacher shortage is certainly affecting our @NSTeachersUnion members, schools and kids.

Our schools are in turmoil because @nsgov continues to do nothing to improve working conditions in our schools.

Teacher shortages will continue until gov’ts fund education appropriately.
