एक दिन शाम को अचानक मेरे घर का inverter बंद हो गया?

मुझे लगा शायद battery खराब हो गई होगी

अगले दिन मैंने electrician को बुलाया

उसने battery check की, inverter check किया और फिर एक सवाल पूछा

“ये हमेशा UPS Mode पर चलता है क्या?”

मैंने कहा - “हाँ, जिस दिन लगाया था उसी दिन से ऐसा ही चल रहा है”

वो बोला - “यही वजह हो सकती है”

मान लो आपके घर में 150Ah की battery लगी है जिसकी कीमत करीब ₹15000 है

अगर battery सामान्य इस्तेमाल में 4 साल चलती है तो उसका सालाना खर्च पड़ता है

₹15000 ÷ 4 = ₹3750 प्रति साल

लेकिन अगर बार-बार charge-discharge होने की वजह से वही battery 3 साल में जवाब दे दे

तो हिसाब हो जाएगा

₹15000 ÷ 3 = ₹5000 प्रति साल

यानी सिर्फ battery की life कम होने से करीब ₹1250 प्रति साल का नुकसान

फिर उसने बिजली का हिसाब बताया

मान लो inverter charging और conversion loss में रोज करीब 0.5 यूनिट extra खर्च कर देता है

0.5 यूनिट × 30 दिन = 15 यूनिट महीना

अगर बिजली ₹8 प्रति यूनिट है

15 × ₹8 = ₹120 महीना

₹120 × 12 = ₹1440 साल का

अब दोनों जोड़ो

Battery का अतिरिक्त असर = ₹1250

बिजली का खर्च = ₹1440

कुल = ₹2690 प्रति साल

फिर electrician बोला

“अगर सिर्फ Fan, Bulb, TV चलाने हैं तो Eco Mode काफी होता है”

“UPS Mode की जरूरत तब ज्यादा पड़ती है जब Computer, Laptop या दूसरे sensitive devices चल रहे हों”

उस दिन मुझे समझ आया कि inverter का एक छोटा सा mode सिर्फ setting नहीं होता

कई बार वही तय करता है कि battery कितने साल चलेगी और बिजली के bill में हर साल कितने रुपये जुड़ेंगे

अब बताइए, आपके घर का inverter Eco Mode पर चलता है या UPS Mode पर?

VIDEO | Former Indian national basketball team head coach Veselin Matić believes India possesses enough raw talent to compete at a higher level internationally, but said the country’s basketball ecosystem lacks the organisation and long-term structure needed to consistently produce elite players.

Speaking during the launch of the PE Educators Upskill Program by International School Sports Organisation (ISSO), in collaboration with International School Federation (ISF) and FIBA, Matić stressed that schools and universities must become the backbone of India’s basketball development system.

“India has enough tall people, enough physically ready people to do the next level for basketball,” Matić told PTI Videos.

“But after the age of 15, there has to be a new selection process. Not everybody can continue to play basketball competitively.”
