Soon we will mark 25 years since 9/11. For over 2 decades, US officials found ways to move the CT mission forward thru multilateral orgs. Unfortunately, that is no long the case.

"The lesson of 9/11 is not that every warning indicates an imminent attack. It is that warnings must be assessed seriously, intelligence shared quickly, and institutions must not wait for certainty when credible signs of operational preparation are visible." @CSI_SecurityNY is fortunate to work so closely with @NewYorkFBI https://t.co/N1N9hbPior
As the conflict continues with Iran, the threat at home for the American Jewish community is "an asymmetric campaign designed to blur the line between a conflict overseas and a threat on American soil." https://t.co/b4syKWcxnl
Training counts -- At Central Synagogue in Manhattan, “Their security team had drilled. Their clergy and staff had drilled. And when the moment came, within less than 60 seconds, they had this individual moved outside of the sanctuary.”

The current threat landscape is “the most complicated threat picture that the Jewish community in the United States has ever faced.” https://t.co/4agptM5AlA
I am grateful to @NewYorkStateAG for her moral clarity and solidarity in condemning these indefensible and harmful antisemitic remarks. At a moment when silence can normalize hatred, principled leadership matters. Thank you for standing with Jewish New Yorkers and against antisemitism.
We’re so grateful to clergy members from across New York who have come together in an interfaith show of solidarity with Central Synagogue and the greater Jewish community following last Friday night’s attack.
Together, they’ve sent a clear message: hate has no place in any house of worship – and everyone deserves to gather in prayer without fear.
As we head into Shabbat, we hold fast to a simple hope: that every New Yorker can gather in worship, and practice their faith, safely and freely. Wishing everyone a Shabbat Shalom, and a weekend filled with peace and blessings.
An antisemitic attack disrupted Shabbat at Central Synagogue Friday night.
A highly trained security team responded immediately and controlled the situation in under a minute.
Preparedness works. But our goal must also be prevention — identifying threats and intervening before incidents occur.

CSI would not exist without our founding partners, @UJAfedNY of New York and @JCRCNY
Their vision, partnership and sustained commitment helped build CSI into the intelligence-led security organization it is today.
We are proud to continue that special partnership as CSI works to protect Jewish communities across Greater New York and beyond.

Protecting Jewish communities requires partnership.
CSI works alongside Jewish Federations, @ADL, @CSSorg, law enforcement, @NYPDnews, @NewYorkFBI and other security partners to identify emerging threats, share intelligence and help disrupt threats before they become attacks.
No single organization can do this alone.
