@J_Banister After covid this area is a total black hole, little retail, fewer food options, even the hotels can't support the weird businesses in L'enfant. They closed a starbucks and a post office branch, plus several CVS stores. RTO here is actively hostile to the presence of humans.

@J_Banister Curious how this will square with RTO mandates. If the fed gov transitioned to a more flexible workstyle, it would make sense to sell and/or redevelop some of these buildings. The GSA should have explored this during covid WFH but they did not.
