Never been so disappointed in a @Marriott. Blood stains on the pullout sofa mattress & doing nothing about it. No other rooms, not changing the mattress, nothing. This is disgusting & not what I expect for being a loyal Marriott customer. @MarriottIntl @MarriottBonvoy

@Cheesecake so very disappointed in our experience at Potomac Mills, Woodbridge tonight! The burger we ordered came out raw! We sent it back, it took until we were getting our check to get it back, and then we were charged for both burgers! The manager refused to comp it!

@TGIFridays I ordered delivery from the Laurel MD location just now and half my order was forgotten! When I called I was told I could come pick it up! If I could pick it up I wouldn't have had it delivered!! How can I get a refund for my order???
