Here's an overview of the @CswapDEX Allies NFT mint that is happening right now and into the next few days.

The mint (1000 NFTs) is divided into 3 phases, each separated by 24 hours.

Phase 1: Whitelist part 1

- currently in progress, started 12/29/2023 - 11pm UTC
- Top-50 CSXP holders can mint 100 ADA per NFT, up to 5 at a time, no limit.
- 100 ADA per NFT

Phase 2: Whitelist part 2

- begins 12/30/2023 - 11pm UTC

- 120 ADA per NFT, up to 5 at a time, no limit.

Phase 3: Public

- begins 12/31/2023 - 11pm UTC
- 140 ADA per NFT, up to 5 at a time, no limit.

There are 4 rarity tiers, each with progressively more embedded LP:

Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum

Why hold these NFTs?

1) They contain embedded ADA/CSWAP (60%) and partner token/ADA LP (40%). You can get the estimated value of the underlying LP for these NFTs for the various tiers and partners on our site. Currently the liquidity is on Minswap, and it will be migrated to CSWAP's fungible DEX after it goes live.

2) The embedded LP offers both downside protection (when ADA goes up, most NFTs drop in value) and upside potential, the NFTs essentially act like 'index funds' for the underlying tokens. You can see the estimated value of the underlying LP here:

3) Once our community liquidity goes live for our NFT DEX, they will offer boosted CSWAP rewards to liquidity providers.

4) When our fungible DEX goes live, you will be able to burn these NFTs to extract the underlying LP (should you desire to do so), however, the NFT should be inherently more valuable than the underlying LP alone due to the utility, collectability, art value, etc.
