@LiveAncestral @currys @HisenseUK This happened to me with a Hisense washing machine. It leaked everywhere after 3 washes. I contacted @ao and they were brilliant to be honest. They arranged a call with Hisense. And said I could have my money back or a new machine immediately.

Customer service number on website cuts people off & goes to "call back"
Sales number surprisingly worked.

Sent me a list of washing machines 1600rpm
All hundreds of pounds more expensive.
"No Hoover washers"

Refund back on to debit card in 3-5 days ffs

@ao Disappointed with the service. My new washer dryer was just left there for me to sort out as he mentioned some technical issues with safety. My old washer dryer was installed 4-5 years back by AO itself , how was it safe then? Paid for a plumber to fix it !! No more AO !!!
