#CFSS should be brought in for FY 2019-20 #MCA filings. Circular 6/ 2021 covers filings due in April & May 2021 only. The effort of releasing a long list for these 2 months is futile. #Covid was effecting entire of last year till April. @nsitharaman @ianuragthakur Please help.

SRN last date for payment is 04/02/2021 but MCA is showing this error that SRN validity has already been passed. Now MCA help desk person saying that this problem being dealt by technical department and he can't do anything. Now who will bear the penalty. @nsitharamanoffc

The Extension given for AOC-4 is great, but issues are still there
1. KYC costs Rs 5000
2. DPT3 has 13 times penalty
3. LLP 8 & 11 has penalties in thousands
4. MGT-7 runs in thousands
5. Annual filing of OPC has huge penalty

Forms cannot be uploaded on MCA site. Leads to apology page. We have been requesting you to improve the system for long. Are we a joke to you. Playing with our man hours just for late fee!

Everytime you make a payment to #MCA, it lands you at log out page with red para to login again even though by then payment is deducted.

Horror story is when you try to login again, it says machine/browser is already logged in while it is not.

#MCA has not worked properly for month but it can still get worse as last day is approaching.

Everyone is working on Sunday and holiday and even then if they miss filing, still few wise man will come and say "why r u waiting till last day? you know MCA"
