ईरान चीखे मारकर कह रहा है भारत के लिए कोई रोक नहीं।

48 घंटे भी नहीं हुए थे मोदी जी को UAE में एग्रीमेंट साइन किए और अचानक ईरान ने Strait of Hormuz खास तौर पर भारत के लिए खोल दिया। इसके पीछे बड़ा कारण UAE का OPEC से बाहर निकलना माना जा रहा है।

OPEC यानी Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries 1960 में बना था ताकि तेल उत्पादन और दामों को कंट्रोल किया जा सके।

बाद में UAE भी इसका हिस्सा बना।

लेकिन Middle East युद्ध के दौरान Iran द्वारा UAE की कई oil refineries पर हमलों और दूसरे कारणों के चलते UAE ने OPEC छोड़ दिया।

भारत और UAE के रिश्ते पहले से मजबूत रहे हैं। 2022 में CEPA agreement के बाद भारत ने मौका देखा और मोदी जी ने सिर्फ दो घंटे की मीटिंग में बड़ा एनर्जी और ट्रेड फ्रेमवर्क तैयार किया।

भारत ने UAE से कहा कि उसका तेल भारत खरीदेगा, लेकिन पेमेन्ट डॉलर में नहीं बल्कि रुपये और दिरहम में होगी। UAE को इसमें फायदा दिखा क्योंकि इससे दिरहम की ग्लोबल वैल्यू मजबूत हो सकती है।

इसके बाद UAE ने भारत के साथ बड़ा एग्रीमेंट किया और कई सेक्टरों में लगभग 95% टैरिफ राहत देने की बात हुई। भारत से लेदर, फर्नीचर, फूड, मेडिसिन, हार्डवेयर समेत कई प्रोजेक्ट्स UAE भेजे जाएंगे।

भारत ने UAE को strategic security support का भरोसा भी दिया। कहा गया कि जरूरत पड़ने पर भारत UAE के पोर्ट्स और महत्वपूर्ण जगहों की सुरक्षा में सहयोग करेगा।

UAE अब भारत में 5 बिलियन डॉलर निवेश करने जा रहा है। RBL जैसे बैंकिंग फ्रेमवर्क के जरिए भारत-UAE ट्रेड रुपये और दिरहम में होगा, जिससे भारत में प्रोडक्शन और एक्सपोर्ट दोनों बढ़ेंगे।

इसी वजह से जब मोदी जी UAE से लौट रहे थे तो UAE के F-16 फाइटर जेट्स ने उनके विमान को प्रोटेक्शन देकर बाहर तक escort किया।
