Parcels are at your warehouse for over a week and there is no clarity on timelines.
@help_delhivery It's only after some one went in person to the delivery citys warehouse, we get to know that the parcel has not even arrived there. I then get to know that it's in another warehouse that's in another taluk. No one was ready to deliver it immediately despite the delay.
@help_delhivery My parcel had not reached the delivery city, yet it was mentioned that it had arrived at the location. The delivery date was changing every day. Your ticket support was not responding. There were no contact numbers to call and check the status of the parcel.

@Olacabs@ola_supports Don't you pay your partner drivers well? All of them want cash and do not agree to move forward with Ola Money. Alternatively they ask to cancel the ride and offer to take us for cash.
Please go through your records and fire all those drivers who have accepted my rides in the last 24 hours! They have no humanity and such folks should not be associated with your company if you wish to continue in business.
Even worse, they call, ask if it's Ola Money or Cash, when confirming that it's Ola Money, they don't cancel nor come to pick up nor receive calls. In case of emergencies this becomes so difficult and frustrating. Why is the company even functioning if it can't serve? #bycottola
