Day 4 and no sign of luggage. No updates from @British_Airways Holiday ruined. No medication no change of clothes no toiletries no personal items. Not everyone is in a position to go out and purchase new clothes, shoes etc etc

@christails @British_Airways Hi Chris I’m in Cyprus, arrived on Friday and just one email from BA confirming what we already knew 4 days ago that baggage hasn’t arrived. So no real updates or confirmation

@British_Airways I am looking to cut my holiday short due to luggage not arriving. Will there be an additional charge ? This is for medical reasons as my CPAP machine and medication is still at Heathrow. I need a flight from Larnaca Cyprus to London Heathrow

@TL14___ @British_Airways Flew from T5 to Larnaca Cyprus on Friday. Still waiting for my luggage which contains a CPAP machine and medication. Have been back to Larnaca airport twice and nobody knows what’s going on. @British_Airways @HeathrowAirport this is disgraceful and unacceptable service .
