My position:
I don’t know Richard Allen or any of his family
I did not know Abby or Libby or their families
But I have personal experience with bought Indiana and federal judges, criminals cosplaying as law enforcement, and feckless or complicit state/federal officials sitting on their hands when viewing undeniable evidence
So:
- I am AGAINST charging and prosecuting someone for a crime but not testing any of the DNA found at the crime scene
- I am AGAINST denying an accused the ability to mount ANY AND EVERY defense to charges in front of a jury of peers, whether evidence, testimony, reports, or experts
- I am AGAINST a judge scheming to remove a defendant’s chosen counsel, and deny the public’s right to access proceedings and exhibits
- I am AGAINST giving the benefit of the doubt to LEOs who destroyed early interview footage- any destroyed evidence must be assumed exculpatory for the defendant
- I am AGAINST mental health professionals destroying patient records, testifying to statements in those records, or actively participating in online groups about their patients and accused crimes and testifying in court about them
- I AM AGAINST imprisoning in max security solitary, torturing, and drugging someone into confessing to a crime, especially with guards wearing pagan cult badges on their official Indiana DOC uniforms

The official record suggests that all of the above happened to Richard Allen.

I disagree with anyone who claims that any of the above is acceptable or just in a free society.

But I know that person is not genuine. And so does @andykopsa. She’s seen behind the curtain and exposed it in her reporting before and will again. And she also knows better than to get distracted by bait. Wonder what they are trying to distract her from right now.
