My friend tested HIV positive after running a general test..

How come? cause she has no relationship with any man..

she became depressed since that day..

For over two week refused to go to work instead she went and tendered her resignation latter...

Few days, she called me that she was very sick.Her body temperature was so high too..

I immediately went and took her to the hospital.

I neve knew that's what HIV does to the body..

The doctor asked that she do some test again and that Includes typhoid, HIV and malaria too..

Few hours later, the test result came out and shockingly, the HIV was negative..

The doctor ask that they redo the test again for three times and it all came out negative..

That was the same hospital that told her she was HIV positive...

The doctor called nurses and my friend pointed out the one that ran the test for her..

The doctor apologised on her behalf and promised to punish her...

But my friend out of depression lost her job and even lost weight..

What kind of expensive mistake was that??

@itzchristunique Things are still ok now, by the time these products of examination mal practices will graduate and become doctors, engineers, Lawyers and bankers, that's the time we will all know the effects of mal practices

@waecnigeria , cancelling candidates results but allowing the supervisors who aided them in exam malpractice go unpunished is injustice

@waecnigeria if 2026 WAEC for school candidates is not going to be CBT, please find a way to make the supervision of the exam very strict. If possible do not use teachers who only specializes on aiding and abating exam malpractice.

As an examiner, imagine marking six different centers in a particular subject in waec, and you discover that all of them wrote the same thing, the same mistake and word to word .
