I ordered JGD3536GS from Ferguson Homes on 5/6/26. After the installer finished the install I noticed the knobs were wildly off center from the bezel beneath it. I took pics and sent to Ferguson and they sent a replacement. Same issue though not as bad as the first. They escalated and got another replacement sent direct from the factory and asked for a visual inspection first. That unit Arrived this past Monday and again had the same issue although again it was marginally better but I spect $3500 so expect it to be right. You can reach me at [email protected]

@jennair I have been shipped the same cooktop with the same defect 3 times now. Clearly you have a manufacturing issue. The knobs on the cooktop are out of alignment with the bezel underneath. How can this possibly get through QC? I used a paper towel tube to make the issue easy to see as it is the perfect fit to the knob.

You don't know how DEI is embedded in all the police academies and enforced from the top down in every police unit. As Joe said they have this documented. It is what Obama did in America with school kids. He demanded schools discipline kids in the same numbers across the races. It didn't matter that black kids were wildly out of proportion in terms of discipline matters. The end result was letting black children get away with misbehaving which logically led to out of control classrooms. This is the E(quity) in DEI - Marxism equal outcomes by any means necessary. DEI is a terminal cancer.
