Shabana Mahmood is angry.

Not at the killer. Not at the police who handcuffed the victim. Not at the system that let a British boy die while his murderer walked free.

She is angry at you. The British people. For daring to protest.

She shared the anger for George Floyd. She shared the platform for Black Lives Matter. She took the knee for a career criminal six thousand miles away. But when British citizens march for a murdered British boy, she threatens them with "the full force of the law."

She quotes the Nowak family to silence you. Uses their grief as a weapon against their own countrymen. Claims you are "hijacking" the tragedy while she hijacks their pain for political cover.

There is your two-tier system. Support for foreign causes. Contempt for British ones. Tears for criminals. Threats for patriots.

Shabana Mahmood does not speak for Britain. She speaks for the ideology that killed Henry Nowak and called it justice.

You were given an amazing opportunity to show a bit of solidarity with the public. And to acknowledge that your colleagues treated Henry appallingly.
