1) Included in the state budget is a policy to allow students attending regional-technical colleges to graduate without debt — which encourages them to start their careers in our state.
3) • Provides those attending community college for the first time in Connecticut an opportunity to be eligible for an award that covers tuition and fees that are not already met by federal Pell grants or other financial aid.
