Way too many politicians took it upon themselves to abuse emergency powers, become authoritarian dictators, and to throw the constitution under the bus.

@ramit In the part of the world that I live in, $150k/yr isn't even close to enough to afford a home, let alone start a family. Even if both spouses are making that amount. But it's enough to go out a few times a week and travel about 2-3 times a year (depending where you go/ how long).

Excuse me, @elonmusk, but I'm a plaintiff in a landmark government/social media censorship case, Missouri v. Biden, currently before the Supreme Court. When posting here about this case, I am being throttled on X: I gain 2K new followers one day, then your algorithm kicks of 1.9K old followers the next. Rinse and repeat daily. While this process is adding to our evidentiary record, I wonder if X as a free speech platform can remedy this?

5th Circuit Court in MO v. Biden contextualizing the egregious violations of constitutional rights at stake in our case, in light of previous court precedent-setting cases: "The Supreme Court has rarely been faced with a *coordinated campaign of this magnitude* orchestrated by federal officials that jeopardized a fundamental aspect of American life. Therefore, the district court was correct in its assessment—“unrelenting pressure” from certain government officials likely “had the intended result of suppressing millions of protected free speech postings by American citizens.” We see no error or abuse of discretion in that finding."

This may become one of the most important free speech cases in United States history. That is not merely my assessment as a plaintiff in the case, but it's now the assessment of both the district court and the appellate court.
