SMG, activity should be picking up. in NYC, PPSFs are, in many cases, at the same level they were at 20-25 years ago. Those who say "it hasn't bottomed out yet" will miss the boat because you won't know we bottomed until 6-9 months after the bottom. If you bought in 2009, do you really think you are upset you didn't wait for the absolute bottom in 2010? Trying to time the absolute bottom is a fool's errand..
