We see an interesting sex by #population size interaction in natal dispersal distances in Scottish chough (see fig).
Can anyone recommend other studies that explicitly tested for sex by density effects on #dispersal distances?
@JoshuapTwining @shorelinekelly @MathewsFiona No dormice in my patch, but forest rodents featured in very low occurrence compared to field voles. Most forest prey were small and medium birds. Cannot infer impact from diet, but I would expect most rodents well equiped to cope with predation.
