@kelseybogan I moved to audiobooks for that reason. It takes longer but my focus is better. I’ve even gone back to books I gave up on and listened to them.

@sotonDSN My husband had a day case procedure and couldn’t leave until he’d eaten. He’s a Coeliac and needs GF food, they couldn’t get him any but kept insisting he had to eat before he could leave 🤷‍♀️ There was a standoff & he ended up with a bag of crisps! Madness

@thosethatcan During COVID my daughter worked in a supermarket cafe and you had to Track n Trace- woman refused to fill in the form.She refused to serve her, woman got the police who told her was correct.She kicked off, took a swing at my DD who ducked and she hit the 👮‍♂️ and got arrested 🥳

@GaddersII My 2 are 29 and 26 still get them and stockings on Xmas Morning. A couple of years ago I forgot the advent calendars as we were moving house and time ran away and they were most miffed!

@paperghost My husband was made redundant abt 10 years ago and went to sign on for the first time in his life - he’d paid in 40 yrs contributions at that point. He wasn’t entitled to ANYTHING as I earned too much - just over the threshold. Travesty

@pollybirkbeck My husband told his Mum that he was off to Scout Camp and he went to Isle of Wight festival instead and saw Hendrix. She never found out 😂😂

@oldenoughtosay This happened to my Mum in 1963 - she had a stillbirth and then an ectopic and lost an ovary and fallopian tube on opposite sides. Was told she’d never have children so they adopted me (1965) and 6 months later got pregnant with my brother. It’s amazing!
