Whenever I travel, I usually tip the airport cleaners, jobs aren't the best and I assume with low pay. While doing that recently, it suddenly crossed my mind to ask if they had PVCs, with evidence. No PVC, no tip. This will now be one of my ways of encouraging voter registration.
