@BandQ hi guys I got an email with a coupon code in it but when I try and use it at the online checkout it says it’s not a valid coupon code, I only got it emailed on Monday and it expires on 31st May. Can you help?! 😢

@bandq_help Ordered a substantial amount of product expecting delivery yesterday or today. No sign of it on courier tracker having actually left the supplier. Been on helpline and zero help or customer service. Spouting mistruths. Just not good enough @BandQ

@bandq_help your Croydon store is terrible. I placed order an order 2 weeks ago for delivery today 11.30-1.30. At 11.35 they rang me saying delivery not coming. No driver. Surely they knew this before 11.35? Same thing happened in October when I placed order for deliv. Useless.

@bandq_help can someone please get back to me regarding my order! Ive now been cut off when trying to sort the problem for the 2nd day. I’ve had zero communication, a promised call and a new date for delivery which wasn’t authorised! How hard is it to deliver 1 fence panel!!!
