@easyJetholidays you took my money and I’ve called as I can’t see the booking online and now you’re telling me there’s no flight from Luton on 24th October despite it being available to buy right this second on your website! How do we resolve this, your call centre is no help!
Two questions here, is it right that two hours into a flight your attendant is more bothered about stuffing her face than helping a customer. And if that is right, why on earth do you have seats for them that mean a toilet use is blocked while they’re sitting and not working?!?
@easyJet on flight EZY2342 last night and go to use the toilets, one is free but it’s the one where the toilet door has a seat on the front for the flight attendant to sit on, I ask to use the toilet and she refuses as she’s sitting on the seat eating her dinner.
@bmstores your staff in Letchworth need some etiquette in customer service, prices come up wrong after a deal is advertised and the staff member that served us had such a bad attitude and even after waiting and being proved right still overcharged us! 🤬
@nextofficial Really rubbish reply in the DM. I know the website and shop are done separately, that’s my whole problem! You’re the same company, why should the customer be penalised because you choose to separate them for orders and don’t allow us to swap something in store we bought online!?
@nextofficial bought a shirt online with a discount, need to change the size so go into store only to be told they can’t help and want to refund the shirt and expect me to pay full price for the new one 😤
@BootsUK went to the Letchworth store Sunday and a scribbled note on the door says closed for lunch, half an hour later they open only to be told to go to Morrisons as there’s no pharmacist today! Could at least have put a note saying that on the door too! 🤬

@BootsHelp I appreciate that there’s probably a good reason, I just don’t think it looks good to customers that it’s less attractive for them to buy in store ☹️
