By abducting him in broad daylight before a crowd of spectators, they intend to draft you as an unconscious agent of their propaganda, using your voice to broadcast their "sermon of fear."

​However, this is what the regime desperately hopes you will NOT do:

​Validate the Threat: Do not just mourn; celebrate this abduction as a formal admission of the regime’s weakness. By snatching him, the system confesses that Sitima’s convictions are correct and that the truth he represents is a terminal threat to their corrupt power.

​Multiply the Presence: They hoped to decapitate the movement, but they fear the "Hydra effect." They do not want students who share his convictions to march toward his cell, turning his place of detention into a sanctuary of solidarity and a front line for the cause.

​The Mothers' Decree: They fear the mothers who know the labor of bringing life into this world. They do not want the women to rise and declare that they did not endure the pain of childbirth to have the fruits of their womb snuffed out for the crime of holding an opinion. They do not want you to refuse to let your offspring be sacrificed to the "Moloch" of greed and power that this system worships.

​The Mandate of Manhood: They hope the men forget the responsibilities that define them. They do not want you to remember that manhood is found in standing when the odds are buried against you, not because victory is certain, but because so many depend on your attempt. They fear a lesson that will echo through the ages: that we do not patronize wrong even when it is decked in gold, and we face it head-on even when it is shrouded in darkness.
