[Sen Douglas Mwonzora @DMwonzora]

@mawarirej This was during my brother's funeral. I appreciate the commiseration.

[Sen Douglas Mwonzora @DMwonzora]

@NyashaJacob Of course I dont care about the stupid propaganda that you and your colleagues continue to try to peddle. The people who sold out are right there before your own eyes.

[Sen Douglas Mwonzora @DMwonzora]

We advise Zimbabweans that MDC challenge to CAB 3 will be heard by the full bench of the Constitutional Court on 23 September at 9:30 am. We argue that by confining the electionof President to Parliament, the right of general public to vote has been removed.

[Sen Douglas Mwonzora @DMwonzora]

@HGomba @Simba_LionDRED They are high. Very high.

[Sen Douglas Mwonzora @DMwonzora]

@bla_bidza Where in particular supports your point?

[Sen Douglas Mwonzora @DMwonzora]

@manu_sithole @bla_bidza One of the reasons for waging the war was one man one vote. Do you remember or know?

[Sen Douglas Mwonzora @DMwonzora]

@bla_bidza Why do you want Zimbabweans who waged a war of Liberation to be denied the right to vote for their President?

[Sen Douglas Mwonzora @DMwonzora]

@BaShonaBaShona The general populace who used to vote for president no longer can vote for President. It is only those Zimbabweans who are Members of Parliament who can vote for President.

[Sen Douglas Mwonzora @DMwonzora]

Today we have filed our heads of arguments in the Constitutional Court. We are challenging the constitutional validity of CAA 3. Because it affects the right to vote which is in the Bill of Rights the bill must have been subjected to referrendum first.

[Sen Douglas Mwonzora @DMwonzora]

@KMutisi VaMtisi madini kusiya matare achitonga nyaya yavakapirwa. The truth is that the general populace can no longer vote for President. And the People dont like it at all.

@seanzvarevashe1 That stupid propaganda peddled by the real enemies of the people no longer hold. The people have seen through it. Those who helped propagate it are busy exposing themselves.
