The news of Charlie Kirk is devastating.
Charlie might have been the first person to facetime me 6 years ago and offer me friendship and comfort.
I’ve had the pleasure of not only knowing him but so many great people around him.
May God rest his soul.
I love you, Charlie Kirk. And I promise to never be silent again. I promise to never again live in fear.
That’s what these evil people want.
They. Will. Lose. God bless you, Erika. I promise to honor your husband’s legacy forever.
“I voted for Democrats my whole life. They never did anything they promised… I vote for a Republican once in my life, and this dude done everything he promised.”
If Trump wins this election, this moment will be looked upon as a pivotal reason why.
Without @elonmusk purchasing 𝕏, this would be an entirely different election information environment.
Conservative voices would have been censored and banned. Stories damaging to the Biden/Kamala admin would’ve been suppressed.
These would've never been seen:
➡️ Donald Trump allowed to return to the platform
➡️ Videos and stories exposing the invasion at the border, and the stories of its American victims
➡️ Videos and stories exposing the Democrat plan to transform the US into a single-party state via mass illegal immigration
➡️ Videos exposing Biden’s mental unfitness, and dispatching of the “cheap fake” media narrative
➡️ 𝕏 users exposing media attempts to erase Kamala’s real record from the internet
➡️ 𝕏 users unearthing damaging videos of Kamala as a far-left radical
➡️ Musk and others amplifying stories on the ground about admin’s woeful Hurricane Helene response
➡️60 Minutes caught red-handed editing Kamala’s interview
There are so many more.
This may have been the moment that free speech was saved in America — and inexorably altered the political trajectory of the country.
One thing is certain — it gave conservative voices and the Trump campaign a fighting shot.
The party of:
-Tranny fake tits on the White House lawn;
-Recording anal sex in Senate;
-Official freak luggage thieves;
-Cocaine in the White House;
-Showering with daughters;
-Forcing women to be exposed to male genitalia; and
-Xe/xer pronouns
is calling JD Vance “weird”.
The iron law of woke projection.
Here's how to dismantle the administrative state once and for all, both top-down & bottom-up:
The next White House sends a constitutionally trained lawyer into *every* agency to ruthlessly apply the "Major Questions Doctrine” (West Virginia v. EPA, 2022). Regulations with large economic impacts could be rescinded by executive action. A future President couldn’t resuscitate them either, Congress would have to pass a law to restore them: it’s a one-way ratchet.
At the same time, under last week's Loper v. Raimondo decision, federal courts are no longer *required* to defer to agencies' interpretation of the law. That means it's ripe for private sector actors to file lawsuits challenging unconstitutional regulations & agency actions across the board. Different judges will reach different conclusions, but the overall effect will be to thin out the jungle of agency diktats.
Combine that with a 75% headcount reduction in the federal bureaucracy (plus the total abolition of many agencies), & you have the makings of a national revival.
It's time to declare independence from managerial tyranny. It’s time to SHUT IT DOWN.
