@NJTRANSIT_NBUS you need to tell your drivers to stop lying that “there’s an empty bus right behind me”. People make decisions on whether to stand or not based on that information. And you wonder why customers are dissatisfied. @njtransit.
Hey @njtransit, it would be nice if you’d had any 320 busses operating. Not like customers have anywhere to be and a line 50 people deep is no big deal. If you can’t run the busses you need to change the schedule and communicate with your paying customers.
The @NJTRANSIT 320 bus that should arrive at North Bergen park & ride at 8:22am has not operated all week and doesn’t even show on the app. Are you changing the schedule and not telling us? Where’s the bus?
When do you @njtransit plan on fixing the gates at the North Bergen park and ride. I’m sick and tired of needing to get my card fixed or overpaying because your security guards leave the gate up and we can’t use the park & ride car. Figure it out!
Hey @OptimumHelp. How about you let us know what is going on. Internet and TV outrages but your system says nope. Try to call you guys and are told there are systems issues and get hung up on. How is that customer service?
It would be great if you would send a 320 bus to PABT @njtransit. The line is now the entire length of the 3rd floor and 2 of your departure times have been skipped.
I’d love to know why @fedex has not updated my package’s location since Friday, July 5, that was supposed to be delivered on July 3, only to say it is delayed. Did you lose my package?
@NJTRANSIT_NBUS@NJTRANSIT Beyond that it’s 8:53 and this bus has gone 2 miles. That 15 minute delay is the delay in pickup. The real delay is going to be north of 45 minutes. You need to give us accurate information, not half truths.
Hey @NJTRANSIT is the 320 bus actually running today? At the stop for 2 missed cycles in a row. How about some notice to riders standing in the middle of a torrential downpour?
@NJTRANSIT_NBUS@NJTRANSIT You have a speaker system. Have you heard of announcements and notifying customers? Why do we need to constantly seek out the information rather than it being provided?
Are the @njtransit bus drivers on route 320 aware that there is an actual schedule? When buses leave North Bergen Park & Ride off cycle it makes people late and creates buses that are either empty or over filled. Run to the schedule, it’s there for a reason.
It would be great if @njtransit could ever have buses run even remotely close to schedule. The app saying delayed for the 320 isn’t helpful if you don’t give a delay estimate and provide inaccurate information on how the bus is actually already full.
