@chippd4pleasure Sugar. Present in almost all processed foods, difficult to avoid - a killer. Obesity, clogged arteries, decayed teeth, swollen liver. Sugar occurs naturally only in fruit - that should be our ONLY source of sugar. Salt we can't live without. Sugar we can.
