Not every subdivided plot of land is automatically eligible for development. Before purchasing land, always verify that it complies with the approved land-use master plan and zoning regulations.
Taking this important step helps ensure that your construction permit application is processed smoothly and approved once all requirements are met.

During the assessment, learners were tested on reading fluency at a benchmark of 35 words per minute. Results showed that 49% of learners met this standard. However, when those words were presented in the form of sentences, the pass rate rose to 71%. When it came to reading comprehension — not just reading, but truly understanding what was read — 44% of learners demonstrated a solid level of understanding.
Dr. Bernard Bahati, Director General of @NESA_Rwanda, presented findings from the Learning Achievement in Rwandan Schools (LARS) 2025 study a nationwide assessment that covered 22,950 learners across 592 schools in all 30 districts of Rwanda.
