@rorynotsorry I'm on 8mg/wk and while it has 100% helped with insulin sensitivity and increased bmr, and I have lost weight, I get zero appetite suppression after a few days at a new dose, it just isn't an effective appetite suppressor like sema and tirz.

@tonymission @fitcapgirldad I'm still way too fluffy but at least I have a base of 25 years of strength training and I always feel way better about myself on a cruise. Heading out on symphony next week at <300lbs for the first time in 20+ yrs and will probably be in the bottom 10% of body fat...

@tonymission I ended up taking another .5mg + a 4 mg dose of Reta and still have minimal appetite suppression. Years of eating 5,000 calories to keep up with my lifting back in the day is hard to reverse. The cravings are gone but eating 2,500 calories at a sitting is still way too easy.

@tonymission Just took .5mg this evening, adding to 3mg of Reta 2x/wk. I'm currently 28 hrs into a 40 hr fast and Reta isn't doing muc suppression on its own other than when I try to fit all 2200-2400 cals in a 5hr windows. Will see how hungrynI am after a cardio session in the morning.

@RegenRsrch @rorynotsorry That's great if you are sharing with 2-3 friends but with the standard dose of 2mg/day that's going to last way beyond the typical 7 day shelf life after which it starts degrading rapidly
