Put yourself in the best position for success this offseason. I’ve noticed many guys struggle with flexion or upper half’s leaking forward on PD’s, PlyoCare Velo, mound velo, etc. Some Cues.

➡️ Rooting of the foot
➡️ Ride the heel and glute
➡️ Engage your rear lat
